Jeremiah Johnson was arraigned Monday following a Sunday night shooting outside a Jacksonville adult club. Two people suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds during the gunfire in the parking lot.

The incident occurred at the Sensations adult club at 10:51 p.m. A responding Jacksonville police officer detailed the event in an official report.

Police said the 42-year-old Austin resident drove a red pickup truck across the venue parking lot. The report alleges Johnson fired from the truck.

One victim was struck in the abdomen. Another person was shot in the hip. Bullets also hit three vehicles and the club building.

According to the report, a clubgoer called Johnson a name. Johnson became angry and left the club. He returned an hour later to shoot.

Deputies with the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office arrested Johnson at his home shortly after the shooting.

Johnson faces multiple criminal charges in court. These include two counts of criminal attempt to commit capital murder.

He faces nine counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm from a moving vehicle. Police also listed four counts of terroristic acts. Additional charges include one count of criminal mischief and possession of a firearm by certain persons.

Bond settings take place during initial court appearances in Arkansas. Judges review formal charges to determine release conditions or order continued detention.

The court did not set a bond at the Monday Jacksonville hearing. Johnson remains held on the counts.
