Voters in Little Rock will consider the Economic Development Amendment this November. The proposal appears on the general election ballot as Issue 3. It aims to help local communities across the state.

Host Roby Brock met with attorney Cliff McKinney of Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull. McKinney explained his decades of experience with similar laws in Texas.

Brock also spoke with Arkansas Democrat-Gazette columnist John Brummett. They discussed how political momentum is flowing toward the midterm elections. Midterm races often shift voter turnout patterns.

The program airs Sundays at 9:30 a.m. on FOX 16 on KARKFOX16+. The broadcast is followed directly by RECAP.

Co-host Caroline Derby joined Brock on the program. They reviewed the latest political developments across Arkansas. Both analysts tracked current campaign efforts.

Constitutional amendments require approval from statewide voters during general elections. Proposed measures must receive a majority vote to pass. Local governments then apply the resulting statutory changes.

The broadcast originates from Little Rock. The full discussion remains available on the network platform.
